Kemmy’s Labo was started in 2013 by glass pen artist Akiko Fukazawa after two years of studying burner work (バーナーワーク) – a glass forming technique. Every glass pen is handmade in Japan and may have slight differences in shape and color.

Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. The stock can change at any time. Please be aware that it is possible that your order could become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
To be returned the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
